At Pari Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your unused or manufacture defective purchase within 14 days of delivery. All returns will be refunded and issued through the original form of payment. To process the return or exchange, follow the guidelines below.
For manufacture defective products or if the customer has received incorrectly supplied order, please email Pari Gallery at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please have your order number included in the email.
All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as supplied and include a copy of the invoice/receipt and the copy of valid QID Copy. Leather tags, dust bags, any accessories and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase must be included.
Merchandise that has been used or worn is not eligible for return or exchange. Monogrammed or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We are unable to accept the return or exchange of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless manufacture damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
How to return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item that has been delivered to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery.
To process the return or exchange, we will require 3-5 business days to assess the returned item after receiving.
At Pari Gallery we do accept the exchange of unused or manufacture defective purchased items. The returns policy terms & conditions are applicable for the exchange procedure.
No Credit Policy
Please note, we do not offer credit for any purchases.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed. We understand that your money matters, and that’s why we promise to keep you updated at every step, so you will know when the refund is on its way.
You can also check your parcel’s delivery status with our carrier. To do so, use the tracking number on your returns label. For a swift refund, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our Return Policy.
