Returns & Exchange
Returns Policy
At Pari Gallery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your unused or manufacture defective purchase within 14 days of delivery. All returns will be refunded and issued through the original form of payment. To process the return or exchange, follow the guidelines below.
For manufacture defective products or if the customer has received incorrectly supplied order, please email Pari Gallery at info@parisgallery-qatar.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please have your order number included in the email.
All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as supplied and include a copy of the invoice/receipt and the copy of valid QID Copy. Leather tags, dust bags, any accessories and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase must be included.
Merchandise that has been used or worn is not eligible for return or exchange. Monogrammed or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We are unable to accept the return or exchange of skincare, make-up & cosmetics unless manufacture damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
How to return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an item that has been delivered to you, please contact us at info@parisgallery-qatar.com within 14 days of delivery.
To process the return or exchange, we will require 3-5 business days to assess the returned item after receiving.
Exchanges Policy
At Pari Gallery we do accept the exchange of unused or manufacture defective purchased items. The returns policy terms & conditions are applicable for the exchange procedure.

Please note, we do not offer credit for any purchases.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed. We understand that your money matters, and that’s why we promise to keep you updated at every step, so you will know when the refund is on its way.
You can also check your parcel’s delivery status with our carrier. To do so, use the tracking number on your returns label. For a swift refund, please ensure that all items meet the conditions of our Return Policy.

The art deco collection launched in 2020 - to celebrate 100 years of the predominant decorative style of visual arts, architecture, and design of the 1920s. Alexandre J reprises his signature style with stunning designs, the finest raw materials, and bright colors. Majestic Amber is a woody floral fragrance present in a beautifully designed golden amber flacon. Each Art Deco Collection has a concept or story behind it. Majestic Amber is an admiration of The Art Deco era when the great perfume houses launched their first soliflores. Soliflore is the concept of a fragrance replicating the scent of a single flower. All other notes present in the creation complement the main note. Majestic Amber is not just a fragrance it’s the creator’s vision, an interpretation of the scent of roses. This elegant French feminine fragrance will take you on an olfactive journey of recreating the simplicity of soliflore roses.
The primary Package of the Art Deco collection is enticing and exceptional because of its spectacular designs and bright colors. Majestic Amber present in dark metallic gold falcon to show the elegancy of feminine notes. The openwork mesh is a nod to the veil often worn by women as a sign of respectability and high status in ancient days. The cap with curved lines is reminiscent of the big-bellied furniture to celebrate traditional art deco patterns. The geometric pattern counterbalances the artistic decoration of arabesques.
