Sisley Phyto-Sourcils Design N°1 Cappuccino, Phyto-Sourcils Design is a multi-tasking eyebrow pencil with three distinct purposes. It is the ultimate must-have professional tool, presented in distinctive Sisley packaging: 1 taming brush 2- triangle tipped eyebrow pencil for precisely defining, reshaping, and filling in brows 3- Highlighter, to be used under the arch of the brow for completing brow make-up and enhancing the eyes. The gliding smoothness of the triangular-tipped pencil enables for easy, skilled application. The make-up effect is buildable, from natural to more extreme, and even with the convenience of redefining the entire brow! The foam-tip coated with a universal shade highlighter powder allows the perfect amount to be placed under the brow.
