TIPS

Used as a Base - Apply Total Perfection as a primer for powder eyeshadows. A light veil of product applied with the fingertips is all that is needed.
Used as a concealer - For Total Perfection use as a concealer, warm up the product with a foundation brush and apply directly to brown spots or skin discolourations before applying foundation.
